Our Track 1 service is dedicated to individuals who are on sick leave and are intending or advised to reintegrate with their current employer, providing on-the-job coaching, job carving strategies, and expert guidance to ensure a seamless reintegration process and foster a harmonious work environment for all parties involved.
When returning to work with your current employer is not feasible due to illness and/or functional limitations, our specialized Track 2 service helps you explore suitable opportunities with a new employer. We provide a journey of self-discovery, unconditional support driven by compassion, and values-based action.
